信用证支付条款的订法因进出口合同种类的不同而各异，又因信用证种类的各异而不同。常见的支付条款为：
（一）即期信用证支付条款
“买方应于装运月份前30日通过卖方可接受的银行开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期信用证，有效期至装运月份后第15天在中国议付行。”(the buyer shall open through a bank acceptable to the sellers an irrevocable sight letter of credit to reach the sellers 30 days before the month of shipment ,valid for negotiation in china until the 15th day after the month of shipment.)
(二)远期信用证支付条款
“买方应于×年× 月 ×日前（或接到卖方通知后天内或签约后 ×天）通过×银行开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤销（可转让）的见票后×天（或装船后×天）付款的银行承兑信用证，信用证议付有效期延至上述装运期后第15天在中国到期。” （ the buyer shall arrange with × bank for opening an irrevocable (transferable) bank banker’s acceptance letter lf credit in favour of the seller before...(or with.. days after receipt of seller’s advice;or within..days after signing of this contract).the said letter of credit shall be available by draft(s) at sight (or after date of shipment)and remain valid for negotiation in china until the 15th after aforesaid time of shipment. ）
(三)循环信用证支付条款
“买方应于第一批装运月份前通过卖方可接受的银行开立并送达卖方不可撤销即期循环信用证，该证在19×年期间，每月自动可供×（金额），并保持有效期至19×年1月5日在北京议付。”（ the buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the seller an irrevocable revolving letter of credit at sight to reach the sellers ×days before the month of first shipment . the credit shall be automatically available during the period of 19×for ×(value) per month ,and remain valid for negotiation in Beijing until jan.15,19× .） |
