About “Welcome to USA Program”

中美关系为双方合作提供了很多良好的机会。“欢迎来到美国”这一项目即涉及到了这一关系的一个方面---为对美国有兴趣的中国公司和高净资产人士提供一个广泛的服务项目。

The relationship between China and the United States offers many opportunities. The "Welcome to USA" program covers one aspect of this relationship--a comprehensive program of services for Chinese companies and high net worth persons interested in the United States.

The "Welcome to USA" program is operated by Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is a major law firm, with approximately 60 attorneys and over 100 employees. Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. has a "principal office" in Chicago, Illinois (industrial and technology hub city of the United States), and a "liaison office" in Shanghai, China. Legendary attorneys Thomas S. Chuhak and Joseph A. Tecson, along with other partners, founded Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. in 1987 as a client-focused law practice providing efficient, exceptional legal services and responsible community leadership. Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. started the "Welcome to USA" program in September of 2006. While many United States law firms have focused on offering services to persons and businesses looking to enter the China market, we at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. perceived a growing demand for Chinese persons and businesses looking to enter the United States market that was not being serviced by other United States law firms. With our "Welcome to USA" program, Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. responds to this demand and offers the same high quality, cost effective services to Chinese clients that have been offered to United States clients for over 20 years. Since the commencement of our "Welcome to USA" program, we at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. have assisted many Chinese companies and high net worth persons with their United States legal and business issues.
