Mr. Gan’s main practice area is international business legal matters, including, but not limited to international trade, cross-border investment, merger&acquisition,international litigation&arbitration. Mr. Gan, acting as the gerneral legal advisor and trading advisor, assisted the clients to foumulate business strategies and tax arrangement. Mr. Gan keeps long term cooperative relationship with law firms of Europe and USA.to render one-stop cross-border legal service.

Mr. Gan has been serving as the legal counsel for more than 20 foreign and domestic enterprises for years. He has established a deep trust relationship with clients, he is familiar with the corporate governance structure and operation mode, and skillfully deals with all kinds of legal affairs involving equity, contracts, investment and financing. He has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience.

In 2012, Mr. Gan, as a visiting lawyer, was dispatched to Cades Schutte LLP of USA for communication purpose.

Mr. Gan obtained his LL.M. from Southwest University of Political Science &Law.

Mr. Gan is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
